Other than that it was a great clock (but telling time is kinda important). 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Howard Miller 625-207 Easton Wall Clock by (Kitchen) Overall, I like this clock. I purchased it for my son's room because I liked the 5-60 numbering of the hashes. I thought it could help with learning how to tell time.
It looks nice, but it is a bit loud. Not loud enough to keep anyone up, but could annoy some people. It is a little pricey for the simple battery clock that it is; though a lot cheaper than a electric "school" clock. This review is from: Howard Miller 625-207 Easton Wall Clock by (Kitchen) I bought two of these clocks a couple of years ago. I like the large, easy-to-read numerals, & I like the minute markings. It's easy to read at a distance. One of the clocks is still working fine; I give that one 5*. The other one goes though a battery every week, so it's being trashed. I give that one 1*, because I feel that a $25 clock should last longer than a couple of years. So my average rating for these clocks is 3*. My replacement clock will be a Seiko. I hope that one lasts longer than one of these did. |
