I ordered this for my sister in law for Christmas. It arrived Christmas Eve and my heart sank. It was a tinly little plastic thing with glue splotches where the mushroom was attatched and the rocks on the roof top. For those of you wanting a wooden Black Forrest clock this is NOT for you. I thought it was a painted wooden one becouse nothing in the write up says that it is plastic. There is nothing on the clock itself stating it is a Black Forrest clock, nor on the box I recieved it in. If you like colorful plastic clocks this is for you. But if you were hoping for the standard excelent quality of Black Forrest wooden clocks. Don't waste your money.

It should be noted near the outset that this 'Weather House' is made of wood. There are some plastic pieces, which are basically: the swinging girl, it seems...Read more
