Chaney Instruments 18-Inch Vintage Port Wine Wall Clock

Very nice looking clock for the price...looks like distressed wood although it's not real wood, but the advantage of that is it's very lightweight and easy to hang on a simple nail. I had purchased other clocks and had to return those clocks due to loud ticking, but this clock is perfect....can't hear the ticking at all!

I had a big room with big open walls. I needed something with substance and classy enough for a living room. This fit the bill. It looks like it would sell for much more.

I shopped all over locally for a clock to replace the one in my living room that finally died after many years of service. I visited the usual suspects and found NOTHING I even remotely liked and the ones I did like had broken hands, etc. So I did what I should have done in the first place - went to Amazon! Since the clock it was replacing was a staple in our home and we were going crazy looking at it and then remembering it no longer worked, I was in a hurry to get this clock in the house and hung up on the wall. I tried the "get it by tomorrow" option and was EXTREMELY skeptical because "tomorrow" was a Saturday. Not only did it arrive on time, but it was packaged with true loving care (by both the manufacturer and Amazon.com). I've been timing it to the minute and it is keeping perfect time and looks absolutely stunning in the place where the old, broken clock used to be.
