This clock by Howard Miller is very Nice. Placed outdoor in landscaping area. Looks natural in that setting. Keeps perfect time, on both sides of clock. Would recommend this product.

If you are like me, clicking back and forth on the thumbnail-sized photos trying to decide on which two-sided clock would be good for the divider wall between the Family Room and the Kitchen, just go ahead and purchase this one.

The clock is larger than most (so prepare a paper template to clue you into how big it really is), but the housing and the cast iron hanger are very sturdy and well made. I had read a few mixed reviews for other similar clocks, and was torn as to whether or not this particular item was priced a bit high, but once I received the clock, I can definitely tell you that the additional expense was well worth it.

As my father used to say, buy the best you can afford and you will never be disappointed.

I hesitated to buy an outdoor clock for almost $300. It seemed like a lot of money for just keeping time by the pool. As I shopped I kept coming back to it and thought, well a quality clock will last many years and I do like this one so I bought it. We put it up and....it didn't work. One side worked fine, the other did not work at all. Get return auth from amazon, box up clock, amazon sends us a new clock. We got the new clock it and guess what? Yep, that one is doing the same exact thing! One side does not work at all on this 2 sided clock. We contact Howard Miller thinking we MUST be doing something wrong to have 2 $300 clocks in a row not work. But nope, they offered nothing other than "you must have received 2 bad clocks." How is it I have a $25 outdoor from Target that works fine, but Howard Miller can't seem to send me a single $300 clock that works?
