Howard Miller Marrison Clock,

This clock is beautiful! I have received many compliments from everyone who's seen it.
It runs on two AA batteries. The only difference I see from the picture is that it has a small white logo just above where the hands come out. It's hardly an issue. Most importantly, the clock is VERY QUIET. I hate tick tocking clocks and was relieved to find that this clock is also quiet.
The only con I can think of is that the hook on the back of the clock doesn't sit flush with the wall so I had to tie a bit of wire in there to hang it on the wall.

9 months after buying this clock it stopped keeping time. so i did the natural thing and replaced the batteries. no help. we contacted amazon thinking 9 months was within a reasonable period of time to ask for a replacement and i was told "no luck".
don't buy this clock!!!!!!!!!!
Really wanted to like this,

I really wanted to like this clock. I know Howard Miller makes great grandfather and grandmother clocks but this cheap wall clock should not wear the company name. No complaints aesthetically however from day one, this clock hasn't functioned correctly. The pendulum swings just like normal but the hands just stop at random spots and quit functioning. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
