This is the perfect clock for our remodeled kitchen, now only if it worked. The clock arrived damaged - the second hand had fallen off and was just laying loose on the face of the clock. Disappointed, but we sent it back. UPS picked up the defective clock the next day, and we received a replacement in another day or so. This time the second hand was attached, however it gets stuck. So we are permanently on 6:10:45 pm.
Two clocks, two clocks that don't work. I'm sending this one back but will request a refund rather than a replacement.
This clock is attractive but it fails in its sole function - keeping time. A definite "0 Star" item!
