This is an elegant piece that looks good as a kitchen or breakfast area decoration. A light colored wall would be better since the clock is is dark colored. The hands can be hard to see at times but not too bad.

I have this clock in my second home as part of a coffee themed wall. Imagine my surprise when I walked into a home I hadn't been to in 6 months and the clock had the exactly right time. The clock mechanism looks flimsy but it works perfectly.

The clock is what I expected it to be. I only started using it since I got it a few weeks ago. I may have a better informed opinion in a few months, depending on how well it will have held up until then.
Update: the clock stopped functioning after a year or so.
