There are settings for each of the time zones in the lower 48 US states; just press the corresponding button to choose one. And an automatic daylight savings feature will automatically adjust one hour--ahead in the spring or back in the fall--so you don't have to remember to do it manually. (This feature can be disabled for Indiana or Arizona since they don't recognize DST; just hold the DST button down for one full second.)
In many areas, signals are more readily received at night, so when the clock is first activated, it might take until nightfall for it to calibrate itself. The WT-3123C operates simply on one AA battery. The clock measures 12 inches in diameter. La Crosse provides a one-year limited warranty on its clocks.  Doesn't work, By This review is from: La Crosse Technology WT-3123C 12-inch Radio-Controlled Analog Wall Clock (Kitchen) I've had two of these Analog clocks so far, hoping the second one would work. Theoretically, these clocks use a signal that is transmitted from NIST (a US government agency) in order to set the time automatically. However, neither clock could pick up the signal. Another digital clock right next to this Analog model did pick up the signal without any problem. Additionally, the Analog model had other basic construction problems.
