The pitcher came in a nice box packaged perfectly. It was for a gift and I was able to wrap the box and present as the gift. Pitcher is worth the price and of good quality.

Very pleased with this product, ice chamber really helps to keep beer cold, actually makes it colder, and beer can NEVER be too cold for me! Pitcher rated at 64 oz. but this brings beer right to the top of pitcher, actual usable volume it holds is less, but close to the advertised amount. Not sure how long ice lasts in chamber, but after two hours still a lot of the hard ice chamber core remained unmelted. I expect in the hottest summer days you could easily get two hours out of pitcher ice, probably more. Ice chamber doesn't leak, and extra caps can be purchased if needed. (With care not sure why you would need more caps, just don't over tighten.) NOTE: Be certain no water is on threads of ice cap or on pitcher threads before freezing. Ice on threads will most likely cause cap to leak, or worse, break!! Also, don't fill ice chamber right to top as ice expands, leave about 1/4" of room. (I freeze with cap off.) I'm a beer drinker and this product is great in the summer time when sitting out on my deck. It keeps the beer cold and saves me trips inside to the keg-a-rator. If you drink kegged beer, I suggest you buy one...great deal for the price.
