All you have to do is insert a single AA battery (not included), and the back nail slot makes it easy to hang. Another great thing about this clock is that it is even easier to maintain! It is super easy to clean because the clock is cased with a flat lens that covers and protects the face from dust and debris. The clock is silent so you do not need to worry about the constant ticking of regular clocks when you need some peace and quiet to concentrate on your work or enjoy a full night of undisturbed sleep. The silver rim completes the clock with a nice finished look. Add some color in your room with a clock that is both practical and stylish. Just what I hoped it would be -- a silver clock with a purple face and green hands that doesn't make annoying sounds. I was surprised to see a clock with this color scheme but happily it is perfect for my bathroom. Love it!

We bought this as a replacement for our 2-1/2 yr olds original nursery wall clock which stopped working. She requested a purple clock and purple matches her room colors. Clock is silent and looks nice. No complaints! Pleased so far.

I have been trying to look for a wall clock to be used in my daughter's room. It will be perfect if I can find one that is fun and cute and able to keep good time. However, I don't seem to be able to find one. This clock goes with her room color theme. It's very quiet like other reviewers mentioned and keep good time. It has been working really well. Wish that it can look more fun and cute :-)
