Schneider Black Forest 9 Inch Quartz Musical Cuckoo Clock

Generally the product appearance and construction is good however the set-up instructions are incomplete. The cuckoo opening is not syncronized with the clock. The cuckoo activates at 5 minutes after the hour and the instructions do not provide information on how to adjust this. To date my inquires to the manufacturer on this issue have been unsuccessful. The cuckoo sound is also very "raspy" and does not sound like a traditional cuckoo. Unless I hear back from the manufacturer on these issue soon, I will be returning the clock.
