Seiko QXH047BLH Wall with Pendulum Clock

I first purchased a westminister chime clock about 2 yrs ago and it conked out on me less than a year later. This was my first wall clock. Because of the money I paid for it, it just wasn't worth trying to get it fixed. I just ended up throwing it out. My son was glad this clock broke because his bedroom was near the living room where I kept the clock and the chimes kept waking him up. It didn't have a volume control or a switch to turn the chime off (which defeated the purpose of getting this clock).

I was on Amazon looking for another wall clock a year or so later to replace the one that broke. I wanted to move into my new place with a new clock. After doing a bit a research, I settled on this clock due to its features. It came complete with volume control and night time silencer.
