I have owned this clock for two years now. When I first purchased it, I did have a problem with it. I shipped it to the repair/replace center. It was returned to me in a timely fashion and I have had no problems with it since then. I also have a neighbor here in Florida who has owned hers for five years. This clock is an excellent outdoor product. Ours are outside 24/7 and have survived many hurricanes.
