With its arch shape and sophisticated finishes, this Kent table clock from Seth Thomas makes a simple yet elegant statement. Smooth casing marries a rich mahogany finish on the front to a deep black finish on the arch. Both have a high gloss that goes well with the dial’s gold-tone bezel. White for a crisp contrast, the face features Roman numerals in a clean, readable font, with black hands for the hour and minute, and gold for the second and alarm. In spite of its slim profile and height the clock is kept stable by a stepped, gold-tone base, while a velveteen pad keeps it from scratching surfaces.
