I orderd this clock as a gift and when received, the hands on the clock were loose and would NOT work. So it was returned and a replacement requested. The second one was received and also had issues with the hands on the clock. This time they were NOT loose, but instead would get stuck. The hands on the clock are very cheap and poorly put together. Very frustrating! This time the clock has been returned for a refund!
